About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Supervisor with an Auto Electrician background to join our operations in Rustenburg. This role is ideal for someone with technical expertise and proven leadership skills.

Requirements
- Qualified Auto Electrician (Trade Certificate essential)
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role, with responsibilities such as:
- Coordinating and supervising daily maintenance and repair tasks
- Leading and mentoring a team of artisans and assistants
- Monitoring work quality and safety compliance
- Scheduling, planning, and reporting on job progress
- Problem-solving and decision-making in a production/maintenance environment
- Experience in the underground mining industry will be a strong advantage, especially knowledge of:
- Heavy mining equipment auto-electrical systems
- Fault-finding and diagnostics on machinery used underground
- Working with mine safety standards and procedures
- Must have own reliable transport
