Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a Regional Manager (preferably within the mining sector)
• Strong knowledge of mining operations and industry standards
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Financial and business acumen
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple sites within the region
• Ensure all sites comply with safety, health, environmental, and legal requirements
• Drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships within the mining sector
• Manage and support site managers and supervisors to achieve operational targets
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability of regional operations
• Implement company policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Prepare and present regional reports to senior management

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (advantageous)
