About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Key Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team in the mining sector. This critical role will focus on managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic accounts within the mining sector.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and implement account management plans to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Attend client site visits within the North West and surrounding regions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior management role, preferably in the mining or heavy industrial sector.
- Auto Electrical Trade Certificate – essential.
- Proven experience managing key accounts or client portfolios.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of mining operations and related products/services.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
