By simply attaching the cable to the load, adjustments can be made to set the stroke to meet your application needs. Applications include diesel engines – fuel shutoff, throttle control, compression release, and generators. These kits are designed to work mechanical throttle linkages and not for electronic throttle control (ETC). Using this cable kit on smaller engines will require some modifications.
